In a lighter note…
Everyone in the county is known by a nickname. A conversation might go something like this
“Hi Doc, good to see you. How are you doing?”
“I’m doing well. How are you Judge?”
“Great. Chief and I went out fishing yesterday.”
Everyone who does not have a title has a name like
Gidge or Rusty.
